How many people can your game theater hold?

Our Game Theaters can hold up to 16 kids or 12 adults comfortably inside our climate controlled trailer. In addition, with our Ultimate Game Theater there are two outside screens that can entertain up to 8 more players. For the best party experience, we usually recommend between 14-16 players.

What is the age limit for players?

Although people start playing games at a very young age, the only requirement we have is that players are able to take direction from our Game Coaches. We have no problem doing a party for six year olds as long as we can have assistance from the parents or older siblings. We do recommend that parties are for kids 7 years old and up.

Does the game truck take up a lot of space?

Our game theater requires at least 60' of somewhat level space to park. We usually fit in front of most homes with no issues however it is always recommended to check with your neighbors to make sure we won't block their drive ways. If your street is narrow and/or live in a common community please notify us before hand.

Is it required to tip the Game Coach?

While tipping is never required, it is always appreciated if you feel our Game Coach has done a great job for your party or event.

Do we need to supervise the party?

While parents or others are always welcome to observe or participate in the gaming it is normally not necessary, however we do ask that at least one adult/host be present to help supervise younger kids. Our game coaches are there to help maximize the kids experience and will run the event for you.

Is food or drink allowed in the trailer?

Sorry, but due to our high quality theater and our commitment to the cleanest and most prestigious game truck in our industry we do not allow any food or beverages inside.

What games can be played?

We carry a fairly comprehensive selection of the latest and most popular video games ranging from E to M ESRB Rated Games. We highly encourage video games that focus on social gaming so most of our games are multiplayer games. Some are able to be linked together for an even more competitive and social gaming experience. In addition, please review our policy on Video Game Ratings. We fully respect and support making sure your kids are playing the rated games you selected!

What is your rain policy?

Our mobile game theater is fully enclosed, insulated, and climate controlled so weather is never an issue. The only issue is the loss of the two outside screens. So there will be NO cancellation due to weather!

How much is the deposit?

We charge a $175 deposit to secure a specific date and time and must be paid during the initial booking. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Rescheduling is always an option and we are more than welcome to accommodate you at no extra charge. No Cancellation Fee applies for cancellations made 14 or more days in advance. A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the TOTAL BALANCE DUE applies for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance. A Cancellation Fee of the FULL AMOUNT DUE applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.

Do you have a referral program?

Absolutely! It's really a great and simple program. Refer 5 people and you will receive 50% off on your next game party. Refer 10 people and your next party is on us!!! If someone you referred books a party within one week of yours, you both will receive a 10% discount. Best part is we will keep track for you!

Depending on the location of the event, there may be an additional fuel surcharge. Just give us a call or make a request online and we can discuss all the details.

Do I need to provide power at the site?

No. Our game theater is a fully self powered unit. We have our own ultra quite generator to run all of our systems. The generator is about as loud as an idling car so it should not disturb the neighbors.

Can I book additional hours on the day of the event?

Yes, additional hours may be booked, or an event may be extended, as long as it doesn't pose a conflict with previously scheduled events.

Is the game coach allowed to play?

Yes, in fact we encourage our game coaches to play so that they can stay up on the latest games. If there is an open TV or controller they might jump on in and challenge the other gamers. However, our first priority is that all the kids are playing first.
